Math Analyst
We are seeking a talented and experienced Math Analyst to join our dynamic casino game team working alongside Development and Art teams, the Math Analsyt will be responsible for analysing Mathematical analysis of the games and tracking performances of all the changes done in our different products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate’s primary responsibilities will include:

See game balance of several titles through mathematical analysis and detailed spreadsheets.

Track the design and scheduling of Game content releases
-
Monitor KPIs and collaborate to propose changes and game features that could help improve them where necessary
-
Create dashboards to monitor game-specific balance details not covered by usual KPI graphs
-
Prepare team-wide and company-wide presentations on the state of our game, with the relevant points being surfaced through reviewing analytics
-
Researche community feedback across Reddit/Discord/etc. to help inform future updates
-
Deadlines are tight and other departments depend on the timely delivery of reports, so it is essential that the candidate can estimate the work required with reasonable accuracy and meet agreed deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS:
To qualify for the position, the successful candidate must possess the following skills:

Experience in game development or animation industry

Mathematics – to degree level.

Interest and/or experience in slot machines
-
Knowledge of best coding practices, ability to write clean maintainable code

Excel, Macros, Pivot tables
-
Slot performance analytics experience with solid understanding of KPI performance metrics

Knowledge of SQL and Power BI

Creative thinking

Ability to organize own time and work to tight deadlines

Technical Animator / Artist
We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Animator/Artist to join our dynamic casino game team. Technical Animator / Artist will bridge the gap between art and programming, ensuring the seamless integration of art assets into a game without sacrificing either creative vision or software performance. Responsibilities include processing, pipeline building, and performance optimization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate’s primary responsibilities will include:

Collaborate with art and engineering teams to develop and implement technical solutions for art-related challenges

Create and maintain tools and pipelines for art asset creation, optimization, and integration
-
Provide technical guidance to animation and art on software, hardware, and workflows

Ensure art assets meet technical requirements and performance standards

Pre-visualization, animation and asset implementation and integration.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to art production and integration

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in art and technology

Assist in the development and implementation of new art-related features and processes

Collaborate with QA team to ensure art-related bugs are identified and resolved in a timely manner
REQUIREMENTS:
To qualify for the position, the successful candidate must possess the following skills:

Ability to create and implement 2D effects with After Effects, Photoshop and Spine.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with artists, designers, and programmers

Proficiency in Unity / Cocos Creator and Spine Animation

Strong Photoshop and After effects skills.

Accounting Clerk/Analyst
Duties/Responsibilities:

Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers as required.

Daily collection calls/emails for accounts recievable.
-
Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions. Maintain proper documentation of collection efforts by adding collection notes derived from calls/emails into accounting software.

Researches customer discrepancies and past-due amounts.
-
Solve invoicing issues with Billing coordinator.
-
Assists in reconciling billing to operational back-end systems.
-
Maintain A/R records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.

Prepare analyses relevant to A/R so management can gain a better understanding of how invoicing efforts are progressing.

Produce various requested reports

Process credit card payments

Pull client credit reports

Provide timely updates on collection activity and AR status

Maintain up to date Statement of account contacts for clients

Generate and issue monthly reminder statement to clients

Support other accounting and finance team members, as well as operations counterparts.

Prepare accounting entries where required for the accounting records and financial reports

Assist Supervisor and other accounting staff with monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting activities

Required Skills/Abilities:

Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

Technically adept with intermediate skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word); experience with ERP systems is preferred (D365,) or other Microsoft-based systems.

Proficient in Quickbooks online as our main accounting records system, and j-billing system
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Ability to process a high volume of transactions/ emails, organized and detailed
-
High attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies and work with a high degree of accuracy with minimal supervision.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in the work environment.

Ability to follow and understand processes and controls.

Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with internal and external audiences

Ability to take initiative and be thoughtful in process and ability to ask questions when in a bind
Position Requirements:
